The Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry owns the Chichiri Trade Fair Grounds located in Malawi commercial city of Blantyre.
Ordinary Stands
The Trade Fair Grounds hosts Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) in ordinary stands of varying sizes at subsidized rates as an incubator. Once SMEs mature, they relocate to the Central Business Districts (CBD) of Limbe and Blantyre.
Chichiri Conference Centre Hall
The Chichiri Conference Centre Hall is the biggest hall in the City of Blantyre with a sitting capacity of 1000 delegates. Additionally, it also has a VIP lounge within that can take up to 30 delegates. It is equipped with effective air conditioning.
The Hall has good transportation options as it is situated along the Masauko Chipembere Highway hence providing a smart choice for patrons.
The Hall accommodates technical features i.e. if you need to use a projector, video conferencing system, or audio equipment.

Redevelopment of the Chichiri Trade Fair Grounds
The Malawi Confederation has embarked on a project to redevelop the Chichiri Trade Fair Grounds into a state-of-the-art Business, Exhibition and Conferencing Centre.
