Why should you attend?
The complex work-situation demands that employees and organizations find a certain alignment in goals and responsibilities. High-performing companies are, therefore, strategic about their workforce and their employees deliver better products, services, and financial results. Unfortunately for most, instead of propelling organisational transformation in human capital management and retention, the HR function is overburdened with transactional work and not well equipped to create value for the organisation.
This highly interactive and intensive 2-day program is designed to challenge the HR function to clarify the meaning of purpose, value, and culture. Participants will learn how to role-model desired individual mindsets and behaviours linked to purpose and translate purpose into a set of leadership and employee norms and behaviours. This is what it means to drive employee engagement and secures a productive workplace environment.
